Is what I'm hoping?

 

Yes, that is indeed what I'm hoping. Hope everyone had a good *insert holiday here* except for you weirdoes that don't celebrate anything because your religious text doesn't say you should. In that case I hope you spent several days wondering the earth in a huff as people all around you visited friends and family and generally had a great time doing so. 

 

Anyway, in case you were wondering, yes, I had a good *holiday* thanks for asking. Of course now I'm all confused. Is it monday? Tuesday? Sunday? It's like I'm grandma or something, except I remember what people have said to me for more then 10 seconds. Past that, well, I can't guarantee anything.

 

Let's see, friday, I did two jobs in the morning, nothing serious. Then to see Grandma who was stuck in bed, and then out to Sean's where I totally lost at Smallworld but won at Aquarius. Rainbows for the win!

 

Saturday morning I wrote some more and went to see Grandma again. Then out to see pretty lights. I think I wrote a little more after I came back, too. 

 

Then of course Sunday it was just gifts, gifts, gifts all over the place. For Jesus. Yes. Dad went to church in the morning. So did I. I went out into the world and looked at the limitless forms of matter and energy all around me, and sent my thanks out into the cosmos. (Okay, I didn't do that, but the universe totally knows I would have, so we're cool)

 

Got all hundred of the books and video games I wanted, so I'm set for a couple of months.

 

Monday (or "Sunday") I played a bunch of Arkham City and FFXIII. Sean was doing darkbolt, so no Gears3 remote yet. Also did some reading and straightening up around here. Took the tree back upstairs, because I'm not a man to waste any time when something needs to be done. (said with a straight face) 

 

One job at 9:30 today, setting up a netbook for a person that should have gotten an iPad or other tablet computer (one of the few I would say should). Then shopping. Got an armload of wrapping paper cheap for next year, and the regular stuff as always. Then three jobs. One person with a dead power supply, so very easy there. The next with a reloaded machine after a hard drive crash (I guess) so he wanted to change some things and had some questions, then last to see about a dead hard drive and why his other machine was running slow. Uh, it's a PC? Do you need another reason? Did what I could for that one, sold him on more RAM and an SSD for the other one. Have to order that now.

 

Tomorrow I had a job lined up, but then she called to move it to Thursday, so I now have nothing for tomorrow and a great number (including My Buddy Bruce) to see Thursday. How did that happen?
