Well, no shopping today, as it turned out, Aldi was closed. What kind of grocery story closes on freaking Memorial Day? I'll tell you what kind- the kind that doesn't want my money today, but rather tomorrow. Because they've got you, and they know it. Where else would I go? Wegmans? Sure, and just hand them my entire wallet. Then I had to wind my way around the middle of the street being closed, was there some kind of parade? Also the bank parking lot must have been blacktopped as it was cordoned off. After some consideration and looking at it, I proclaimed it dry enough and just walked over to the ATM to make my deposit. Take that, The Man!
So now I have to finish the shopping tomorrow. Fun!
Two jobs, one a clean out, and the other making sure the guy had cleaned it out right. No problem.
Remembered to cut the lawn today, but I waited until 6, when it was a bit cloudier and cooler. It was pretty warm today. Oddly, the thunderstorm the weather widget showed me never showed up. It's still showing me a thunderstorm, and rain the... FREAK... whole rest of the week? Yowzers. That's a lot of rain.
Did more work on the creator, made some calls, booked two for tomorrow afternoon, so I have the morning I guess. Worked on my DGH episode 2 and refined some ideas for later, should we do that game again.
