Wait, you want to know why it's limited to 16GB? Well, I'll give you microsoft's answer:
"Supporting USB storage devices up to 16GB in size is a huge increase in storage over any solid state memory storage solutions currently available for Xbox 360. Users that need more storage have options in the Xbox 360 hard drives, which are available for purchase separately."
Wait, what? You say, but that didn't answer the question? Shrecknet appears to agree with you, translating this statement as:

Which I find to be as informative, and more amusing as the first.
But seriously, I'm not sure the xbox USB ports are made to handle the kind of transfer a game would require, even though in theory it would be faster, so I would have to test it. Now, things like Braid and Castle Crashers could go on one easy, they're not too big to start with, so I'm sure that would be fine. I'll be picking one up for this very purpose next month, after all, I'll get the $30 coupon and that's as good a use as any, right? Then I can stop worrying about my paltry 64MB chipy thing being full, which it always is, or which saves are on that and which are on the HD. That'll be nice.
Elsewise, have I mentioned lately I hate windows? Spent the morning fighting a system with some problems. Like it would run in safe mode, but not normal mode without BSODing. Then I got it to stop that, but the video device "didn't have enough resources to run" and some other crap I've thankfully managed to forget since that time. So I did a "repair" which didn't help much, then tore it to pieces and reloaded it from scratch. Was only there for like 4 hours. Hate. My. Job.
Came home for lunch, made one call to a guy because I got in his DVD-RW, but he said tomorrow was better. Went over to the mortgage place to give them their flash drive. Then over to my 5:00 for a fake antivirus and though I didn't know it at the time, a router setup. That one went fine.
Found a system on my breezeway when I got home. Ate dinner. Started that. Two calls, so I put them in. Nothing yet for tomorrow, except the one guy with the CD Drive.
