So I guess it was one good thing, one SUPER HUGE UGLY BAD THING that happened today.
Squeaker kept pawing under the printer stand, so I was all like, "what are you pawing at naughty kitty?" So I climbed down, on my hands and knees even, and saw there was in fact a mouse under there. And with little stress to him Squeaker cornered him and I popped the garbage can over top of him, and now I haz mouse! And so I named him Laser because that's a mouse name I haven't used yet.
Another fun thing was rain. All right long. Such that I now have two big wet spots on my basement wall. So I nailed some wood together and shoved it under the spout that goes into the deck, and that was fine. Until it started to snow about a second later. Curse you, weather!! And snow it continued to do, making quite a white blanket over, well, gosh, just 'bought everything outside, I recon.
Got and wrapped a Mom gift.
Started work on this year's Christmas cards. Got the story done, and did a little programming on Sprite Comic Helper to implement a feature that'll make the text easier to work with. I- am a genius. (sorry, been playing Halo again...)
Also one job today, she somehow lost Firefox, so I reloaded it. A great use of my talents. Only one job yesterday, the whole upgrade thing, so at least I made enough then.
Wrapped the thing I got yesterday too.
One job for tomorrow, the ice cream guy finally got his DSL squared away, so I can finally make that whole thing work. Though I should get a HD too, so I can finish up that system that's been here a week or so.
