How's it going? Everything ticket-e-boo? Up the zigiro, lickity split? Right then. Onward.

The first one was I guess an internet issue, which was fine the whole time I was there. Wonderful. A crappy old Sony that was a whopping 1.2 Ghz. Fantastic. Also the "sony trick" of cutting the HD up was in full force, she had a tiny-whiny FAT32 partition that was nearly full and a great honking D: drive that was nearly empty. I moved her "my documents" over there and the C: drive magically became only half full. How about that. Did general clean up.

Then over to get the OS X 10.5 upgrade installed. Put in the RAM, slight anger at the DVD which I won't go into because I'm not one to dwell on the past, now am I? Brought over the other lady's new machine I bought for her two months ago, maybe I'll finally be able to set it up next week?

Came back here, started the next to last screen of the character creator. Then to the vets. He was all like, well, her weight stabilized at 8 lbs and I was like, uh, no, she was eight pounds on the scale and my carrier weighs two and a half. Oh, well, that's different. You think? 

So he took a bunch of blood which made her very upset (she hates to be held as it is) so they'll run some tests. Interestingly, he said that a thyroid problem can stave off kidney problems, so you have to be careful in treating one that you don't make the other worse. Otherwise she's fine, which I could have told you, we'll see what story is written in the blood.  

Then over to a place I was at before because people are dumb, and down to buy wrapping paper for Mizzy's gift. I was surprised at the number of people in the halmark store. Found the perfect shiny silver paper, and it's all wrapped. The question is will I get over there on the day, or have to get it to her when I go over at the regular time? All depends on the customers I get.

Worked a bit more on the creator. Got the page working, I just have to add another page and a half worth of data to it. Then the real challenge, displaying it and saving it someplace on the server so I can get at it.

Made calls, booked up tomorrow pretty well, so I guess I can pay that vet bill after all! $160. I might make that working all day tomorrow.
