I just pulled my cell phone out of a load of washed clothes. FUN.
What a great way to end the day. It went so well, too. I got a pot painted, all the cards made, my "questions" for the christmas game done, reloaded a PC, wrote to Suzanne, put Neil's present to me on my Xbox, ate cold pizza, answered a survey and got $20 cash, read more Harry Potter fanfic, fixed a very annoying bug in my Sprite Comic Helper that's been plaguing me for a year and get Heather's present finished. I was feeling fine. Then I saw some kinda dark lump in my washer, and was like, what's that?
I visited a "we buy jewelry/antiques" shop to return a computer to someone's father on Friday. While standing there, several large, glass objects fell from a shelf I was a good 15 feet from and shattered for no apparent reason. I tried not to look guilty. I kid you not, they just jumped off that shelf like nothing I've ever seen.
Stuff just happens around me, man. It's weird.
Saturday all my appointments canceled, so I worked on fixing that bug, and on those laptops I had, which were later picked up. Game went... uh, slow, we have a new member in the fantasy game, and of course my notes were not complete enough to remember what we had left off doing four months ago, so there was some confusion as to what we were doing. But I got tasty pizza and then we had basically 1 1/2 left because we ordered three so Sean gave me one. Woohoo!
Oh, Neil's gift is this cool paper overlay system for the xbox, which he made a sailor Jupiter one for (not realizing that's it's Mercury that's my absolute favorite scout)

There are many blank ones included, so I can make my own. If I didn't own a laser printer they wouldn't fit in. Which I do. Because they are legal size. See what I told you? Bad. Luck. Still, that one looks pretty cool, though before this I had it vertically which didn't work with this overlay so I'll need to figure out something else to do with it.
Well, going to take my bandage off now and see how bad my finger is after three days and put on a fresh one. Well, I am going to very, very carefully take my bandage off, let's put it that way.
And today was 95% great, too. Why me?
