Thanks to windows!

 

So the morning went fine, though I seem to hate iWeb. The problem with programs like that, if they do something weird, I can't just go into the code and fix it. Like the font was wrong for some bizarre reason. I could view the source in the browser and see, yup, there's a weird tag there it would take me one second to fix. But nooooo. Even though Netscape Navigator, with its built in WYSIWYG editor in 1990 could let me flip back and forth between the code and the editor, iWeb won't let me do it. Crazy program.

 

Over to the mortgage place. No luck finding the disk. I started downloading the office 2007 pro trail, it said it was only going to take 6 hours. Of course their playing of internet radio probably didn't help. So I left again. Came back home, ate lunch. Was going to go out to the durable medical place but called them. Got the fax machine. Called them a little later and the problem was with some webpage they now use for inventory and things. Part of it wasn't displaying? I said, try IE. That worked. Love web designers that still don't check for compatibility with other browsers. It's 2010 web admins!

 

So I didn't have to go over there. Worked on another character (I'm going to have way too many to choose from if we do World Hoppers 2) and then left again. This was setting up a new Mac in place of an ancient PC! Yay! And they gave me their ancient PC! Yay!? I could sell it to bruce for cheap, but I hate him, so.... Did go back to the mortgage place. The "sleep" function must have kicked in, it was still only 94/645 MB? Great, thanks. I turned that off. I get to go back TOMORROW! Maybe I can go friday too, and have been there every day this week... TO DO ONE THING. 

 

Ate dinner. Hardly any calls, just my morning one  for tomorrow wanting me to go to a different address, and my good buddy Lou. I still have three for tomorrow, plus the guy coming to pick his system up, plus mortgage people, so no trouble there. 

 

One of the characters I made was an Otome Template, if someone wanted to play an Otome from Mai Otome in a darkbolt style game. It would be an interesting dynamic in a "world hoppers" style game, because one of the companions would have be to the contract holder. And if they didn't want me to fight, there would be nothing I could do about it. So, between Aerith, an Otome, Ifurita, Ryoko, Sailor Mercury or Lenalee Lee, which would I pick to play. Hey, wait, they're all girls? I guess guys just don't get cool enough powers. I mean that arm of Alan's in D.Gray Man is just creepy. And sure, Goku is strong and everything, but that's all he is. He can't figure stuff out or walk through walls or use magic. Or maybe I just watch a lot of shows with female characters instead of male? 

 

Oh, and if you're a girl, and can name where all those girls come from (without looking it up, naach): marry me!

I did have one other idea- a character like Misaki Suzuhara, but the Angel they control (outside the "layer") is actually a darkbolt character! (Think super powerful). That would be neat, directing a little doll to fight for me, or using it to get into someplace tiny. And everyplace we went, it would be "how's that little doll moving? *smack*" It would never get old. It wouldn't have any mental stats, I could put all the points into physical, while my stats/skills would be more mental and problem solving. I'd have to see what Sean thought, but I hate to add another character to chose from.
