Yesterday was totally me watching the original Star Wars and then said, oh, it's a bit late, I should go to bed. So I did. Me'sa sorry.

 

So, Tamara. Unfortunately, it's not her thyroid. I say this because that's much easier to treat. Her kidney function is going down, I'm afraid. And that you can't treat with a tasty soft chew twice a day. Also, her phosphorus levels are about twice what they should be. That problem is pretty easy, there's a thing called a "phosphorus binder" which I'm assuming sticks to the phosphorus and helps her body get rid of it. I bought a whole POUND of it in powder form for $50. As I am dosing 250mg per day (less then the size of a standard aspirin tablet) I'm pretty sure it'll last her the rest of her life. I still had some special diet so I tried to interest her in that, and she had a little, but wasn't too enthused. I might get some and just mix a bit in, a little is probably better then none. I'll probably be able to get her to take the powder as long as it doesn't taste too strong. She loves junk food, no really! Cheese puffs, potato chips, she loves it. So I can probably just mix a little in with her daily snack and that'll be that. Otherwise it's a syringe, which is fine, that amount in a little water will be no problem. 

 

Work wise it's been stupid busy, because there is only "no work" or "too much work" never "just enough" so I've been running around. Got the skills page done on the character creator and saw what options I had for the final screen of review and then saving/submission. Javascript can't write to files on the server? Suck! So I have to build this massively long string and pass it to a php script. Oh well. At least it's possible.

 

Sean's tomorrow, and grandma of course. More World Hoppers. Couple of jobs both tomorrow and saturday. 80s by saturday? Don't tease me if you can't deliver, weather!
