Friday was fine, didn't have too much work. Went to get dinner before going to grandmas as I knew she would whine about me staying, so I figured I would just come with the food rather then have to leave again. 

 

Saturday, busy, but got everything done. Went over to Sean's, have spaghetti cooked by Stan, bread brought by me and custard made by Mizzy. As usual, playing with Stan and Other Sean meant sidetrack city, but we spent some time working out what to do with our army of Remnants and came up with a plan at least. The king died, and his Son took the throne, and of course there's war brewing, which is out of character for the new king as peace has been the word for quite some time. I almost ended up in a troll cookpot (or something) coming back from the University, thank you Acceleration magic! Still, trolls in the city? The official dragon of the kingdom now has 1,000 gold reward on his head? Troops massing at the borders? Somehow they're all connected, and it doesn't paint a pretty picture.

 

Today I did a couple of things. Finished another character for the creator. Watched the last Dr who of the season, and the first disk of Bubblegum Crisis on loan from Sean. Implemented most of a new program I thought of for gaming. While the iPod program I made is nice, you still have to unlock it, get back into it, choose the right screen, then hit the button, not good. I've been using my laptop, with a text editor, and my dice roller open, and always switching back and forth (to record what's going on and roll dice.) Well, I combined the two! So now it's one window with one click dice rolls, the original roller, the HDL calculator, and the history all in one. Sweet! It's 80% done, I got the saving done first, the buttons are easy, nothing I haven't done like four times before now.

Also cleaned, mowed the grass, finished a transformers comic (again loaned by Sean) and petted a cat or two. (which goes without saying) Then made phone calls! Booked tomorrow and a couple for the rest of the week.

 

I have to walk the pup tomorrow and tuesday as Heather is working. No books either, I have two more Dresden files to read.  Otherwise, looks to be a standard week this week. 

 

My demon gate high game this week, looking forward to it. I'm going to throw something totally unexpected at them, we'll see how they do. Tehehehehe. Just have to finalize the leading up to it so they're properly terrified when the times comes.

SHOOT! You know what, I totally missed that I've been doing this blog over a year now. I started in May of last year! May 22nd. It'll be interesting to start reading what was going on a year ago.

 

Or maybe it's best left forgotten?
