It's been pretty slow around here, that's why I haven't written. It wasn't that I was up playing Oblivion at all. Nope. Not that.
Last two days I've only done two, Monday they were both cleanouts. The latter of which was actually just his cable modem not working anymore, so I called Time Warner and they were going to come out to fix it. Didn't hear anything after that, so there must not have been anything else.
Yesterday was some great stuff, like setting up a printer, woooooo. And another cleanout! Exciting!
Then today another cleanout, and a guy who was spamming people apparently. But there was no evidence on his machine or on the webmail that he had actually sent anything. Weird. Changed his password and that was that, I hope.
Otherwise, I finally did my paperwork for last month.
Got in the replacement shirt for Mizzy.
Got the two backup drives in, so I'll have to call him about that.
A tiny bit of work on the Carlita Tale and finishing up the Sprite World book. Just need art for the sample characters now. Oh, and completing the index, of course. I just did the first page so I could make sure it worked.
Would have gotten in the replacement laptop screen for this Sony, but it was another signature required package, so now I'll have to trudge down there to get it tomorrow.
Plans made for Friday to see the Green Lantern movie at 12:00 with Sean/Mizzy. I don't know, x-men, fine. Iron Man- fine, he's got the whole armor thing. Thor… well, okay, pushing it there, but Green Lantern? In the trailer he just looks so goofy in that outfit. Some things just don't work in real life. Super Hero costumes are perhaps one of them.
Plans made to get the pup next week at this time for the annual june sojourn to Pennsylvania.
Finished the scraping, it just has to be washed now, allowed to dry, and then I can start painting.
One appointment for tomorrow, the Lures place is still having printing trouble, maybe it's a sign to get something that runs on, oh, windows 7 instead of 98?
Four calls today so far, but one is just Jim, I guess he really did lose his machine, he wants to talk about buying the next one, so… Did he have a backup? I think so. Hum. Two cleanouts and something about a printer I may not be able to do anything about, we'll see. She didn't elaborate.
I guess that's about it that's been going on around here. Not much excitement, like I say.
