What surprises await, I wonder?
Made some nice progress on Sean's Christmas present today. I got the tail wrong, they didn't show it very clearly, so he'll have three feathers instead of four. Oh well. It's looking adequate. Still some work to do of course, but having directions helps. Unlike Mizzy's that I gave up on.
That and Voyager was about all that went on today. Had a very good game in Halo last night, killed all four of the other team in seconds. It was like poetry, I wish you could see it. One grenade stick on the person coming up the ramp, duck back around the corner, blam, then headshot, then two headshots with one bullet. All within seconds of each other. My finest moment, actually.
Game got better, wasn't too bored after I finished writing yesterday. Got a few calls over the weekend, enough to book tomorrow with three and one for tuesday. Back to the library tomorrow, I've finished the huge stack of magazines I needed to read. Though I have started to get christmas catalogs, got three saturday.
I was invited by Mizzy to go greet Sean at the airport when he gets back. But she probably just wants my help carrying stuff. I kid. 6:00 sharp friday the 19th of November. Then comes the house warming, the halo party, and ~8 minutes more of driving each way to get to his new place. Jerk.
Have a good week, buy plenty of candy for the three kids that still trick r treat. Honestly, it's a crap shoot, some years I've have a few, some, two. More mystery for the future.
