Fri:
Got some new VL software relating to certs and had to figure that whole thing out. It (of course) didn't work the same way as altalink but Christina had seen something similar before. The cert was going into "intermediate" rather than "device" because of course it was. We figured it out in the end, there were a few more commands in openSSL we could use to make it work. Thankfully, once we figured it out we only had 2 models to test and so it was fine. I don't know about all the stuff they were trying to test, we'll see Monday.

Got another haul. Had to use the big bag I keep the picnic supplies in to bring everything to my parent's house.

Did the shopping, did the bank, saw them. Had to use the coin machine at the bank, the lady wouldn't take them. Odd. I don't get it.

Then back for game. Stayed on track well, had a tense (I hope) run through the castle trying to avoid the guards. I think it went pretty well, and took all night. Ha! Get through episode 4 as well? Not likely. Started it, just so they know where they're going next time.

Sat:
So much chemistry today guys.

Made ice cream.

Then mixed up the stuff for the molds. Whoops, my plastic models float. Ah, I see what the tape is there for. Thankfully, I managed to fix it and not waste any of the goop. It's hardening nicely.

Cleaned up the kitchen, I really have to get rid of that mouse. I can't get him in the trap, he just gets out of it. Trying something else. Spoiler: It also didn't work.

Did some warframe, I looked into some mods that I was able to afford, picked up and modded a few things, and restarted leveling my bow to see if I could make it better.

Oh, looked for berries. They're done. Sigh. Did a little trimming too.

What you want more?

First two molds came out great! Very pleased. Poured the 3rd one. Crap! I need at least a half bottle more of the silicon. Sigh. Ordering it. I'm so bad at estimating how much I'll need. Of course I'm doing a round thing so it wasted a bit because the boxes are square. I got a very minimal envelope on the big one, I was pleased with myself. But it was not enough.

Cleaned up the basement some. So much mouse poop! We're really going to have to figure out how they're getting in here.

Oh and a million old razor blades had rained down, thanks to the mice. And the morons who actually shoved their razors into the wall hole for the next people to deal with. i.e. Me. Thanks so much.

Did my sunday reading.

Did more warframe. I needed crystals (3) and I figured I might as well just bum rush the one boss I like killing for more batteries. Got none on the first two runs, then 3 each on the next two. Another singular one. Good enough. I needed the crystals right away, the batteries I'll need when I make a... throwing weapon? Which needs batteries for some reason? I guess it does explode... I can do the boss in less than 5 minutes usually, and with an average of 1 per run it works out fine. I mean not fine, that's about an hour for 10 of the things. Maybe make them less rare? Also, how does Mizzy have like 600 of the things? So weird. There is a blueprint you can buy... for 100 premium currency. (real money) I'll wait until I have a 75% off coupon at least. Stupid thing.

Did a pour of the resin. It got yellow? Ugh. It's the older stuff, not sure why I still have that. So I'm trying to use it up. If it's still good (i.e. it hardens) I'll color it anyway for the other parts. Only one part is clear. We'll see what happens.
What happened is, it did harden but it is yellow. Oddly, the remnants of the stuff I put into the other molds came out clear? How did that happen? Well, I'll color it and use it up. I figure I could make one or two of these things to sell, I have the molds now after all.
Got ready for tomorrow. Another gloryous monday.

Mon:
Installed the RAM into the laptop, nice seeing that 32GB number now. Bit more room to grow with my VM running.
Worked on the pony story.

Two major things at work. Worked the morning on the pony story. Actually managed to get up to the point we stopped. No need to worry about it the rest of the week.

The second was the signed plugin for SIPRnet, so of course Gina wanted a test done on that. Fair. Totally fair. I did two models, whoops I forgot to take it off the second one that's not in my room. Drat. I wrote a note to myself so I remember. Done.

That's about it. Quite hot today, not that this has anything to do with anything.

Tomorrow I'll go back to certs. Sorta forgot about it, Don was bugging me. As far as I'm concerned, I did the test I did for altalink so test passed. The fact Fuji did all sorts of crazy stuff doesn't mean I have to. But I would like to look at it more within my capabilities.

Went to good well, got 2 goodies. That's all.

Back here picked up the weapon and modded it in warframe. Can't fit them all at level 0, must now level it.

Checked sites, had dinner.

Tues:
Three, yes three work related things today. Count them.

One was lots of meetings. Joe meetings. A spare oneDrive meeting. The real onedrive meeting. Don wanted to talk before a meeting.

No four work things today. Four!

I did more scan to onedrive just to make sure there was no crash or whatever on my end. There was not. It's totally unfair they're using a busted device (as it will prove to be) and one that one device to validate our software. Oh they said they ran on another but again the job was lost. Uh huh. I don't buy it.

Third was more versalink stuff. We both decided what I was seeing was a bug. So I wrote up the bug. Yeah, I did that.

Maybe it is just three things. Depends how you count them. I thought there was another test type thing today.

Oh, there was a nice haul, is that a thing? Brought all of it to my parents, I just have too much right now!

Also got cat litter after work.

One call. Deleted pictures on an android phone? Hummm.

Checked sites, ate dinner. Looked into the glaive weapon more.

And more Xbox with the others.

Wed:
Some work today. But not much. I talked to Gina about a screenshot and the plugin version. Did another test with that. Talked to Don about certs and the PSASSA testing. Should actually figure out if there's anything else I can do... but there probably isn't.

Worked a bit on the pony game, just making sure I had everything in my head on the paper so I didn't forget anything. I think it'll be fine.

Came back here, checked sites. Had dinner.

Looked into the glaive one final time. He's using Kullervo in the video. With ability strength and his "A" power he can reach like 500% critical chance. (with ability strength mods. I think he was at 275% or something) For 10 seconds. I watched the video again and every time he gets red damage the little meter in the upper left is counting down "Wrathful Advance" giving him bonus crit chance. Every time he does not get red damage there's no Wrathful Advance. Wish he would have mentioned that. Tested it myself. Red damage all over the place with that active, meaning that's the ONLY way you'll get those numbers in the video. Don't get me wrong it's still good I'm just salty (as others are in the comments) about what exactly is going on.

Oh well.

Poured the silicon and the resin into the molds. So letting that cure now.

Thurs:
Solid meetings in the afternoon. Ken first, more a recap of the new policies but he had everyone together. John was salty about it, but that's only to be expected. These policies make no sense, after all.

Then onedrive and then status and then plants. They've really emptied out the one cube area. I guess they moved everybody over to the newer area? Are they going to renovate that area?

Got a good haul again, a day early. Didn't expect it until tomorrow. So plenty of salad and other stuff so I hope my parents have been eating the last stuff all up.

Did a little cert stuff. Still fails. Japan is off this week so we won't hear anything about the bug until Monday at the earliest.

Worked on the pony episode, and the NEXT pony episode because I'm a real go-getter like that.

Not much else.

Came back here, checked sites, ate dinner. Took Tinker out. Took the stuff out of the mold, it hardened to my satisfaction. I need to sand it down though, it's all cloudy on the bottom. Which is the top. So...

Pulled the main mold apart and measured how much stuff I would need. 3/4 of a cup. Now to figure out how to cut that in half so I can pour both parts properly. Mold looks good though, should be a clean pour. I'll get to that, it's drying now. It's so humid everywhere!

Rain coming?

Poured the big piece, and the two smaller pieces. We'll see which I like better. Maybe sell a set of the ones I don't pick. The small ones hardened fast probably because it's so hot up there.

Looking ahead, as we tend to do. Oh, it's August now just making sure you realized that.

Probably not much work going on tomorrow, but we'll see.

I do need to go to the bank again, I got the check from my dental insurance.
Then shopping and seeing my parents. I'll run game, hope they like Guru.

Weekend plans, not many. I got a call, yahoo email guy from two months ago. Maybe I'll call him Saturday. Have my parents over. Work on the gift, I'll need to do some sanding.
