Fri:
Fed everybody over at my parent's house, even Gabe, who I saw today. Didn't see him yesterday.

Got my clipboard back because I was early, and got to work just a bit before 8:00. Safeu!

Then over to work. I say work loosely, but I did some stuff. I looked over the VBS documents and sent pages of corrections in to the guy/gal. They love me. Can you capitalize stuff correctly? No? Okay then.

Did the version document but it hadn't changed? What was Adnan thinking? Maybe I got the wrong one, remembered a different one than he had in mind? I don't know, I had done it last, and it hadn't changed. Weird.

Then of course I could have finished chapter 20 and the entire Return to Hogwarts but of course I didn't. No, no, that would be wrong.

Shopping, got lots of yummies and came back here.

With the rake I borrowed from my parents I smoothed out the dirt in the front driveway and seeded it. Oh, raked the one half that has no grass and we'll see if I can get grass there this year! Yay!

Having done that I watched a few videos while I ate dinner, then spent an hour erasing 2 out of 3 Facebook accounts some moron had opened. He had three email addresses (why?) and a Facebook account for each of them. Why? WHY?

Then another person with some cameras, I think their IP address changed and that's why he can't get into them. I'm calling him at the office to get the IP, I bet that's it.

It's now 9:00. Posted yesterday's blog, as I didn't get a chance, and now maybe I can sit down for 5 minutes and check my websites for today. You think? You think I can do that?

Tomorrow will be fairly busy but at least I'll get the afternoon/evening off.

Sat:
And it was. Quite glad I got the lawn seeded yesterday, it raised all day today and should do the same again tomorrow. Nice steady downpour just like it needs.

Went to feel the kitties, petted everyone that wanted it, and came back here.

Called camera guy at 11:00, he agreed the IP address was changed so hopefully that's taken care of.

Ate lunch and took care of a few things on the list.

Then out to set up a new laptop. Piece of junk, it BSOD just from opening a folder. Yeah, so great, it's not been on an hour and already it's crashing? Well done, dell.

Anyway, did what I could for her, Oh right, first I went and set up the cable modem for a lady. Then I did the laptop thing.

Came home, went back to work on the list. In total the things I got done today include:

Last month's paperwork.
Putting in the Star Wars universe changes.
Making a mess of waffles to use up mix that was getting a bit old having stolen… er I mean borrowed my parent's waffle iron.
Refurbing a laptop.
Making cheese toast and freezing it to take to work.
Watching the end of Season 3 the magicians.
Chopping up onion for my salad. I can't buy just one onion at Aldi and I'm not going to Wegmans for one onion. So when I make salmon patties the other two usually just sit around. No more, I chopped it up and can sprinkle on salads. Make them nice and oniony.
Some cleaning.

Sun:
Final day of feeding the kitties. So I went over there to do that.

It was snowing.

Got back here, worked on plot, tried to figure out who the shadow avatar should be, and what should happen. Didn't get too far, sadly.

Cleaned a bit, watched the Fantastic 4 movies, the sun came out. It might be over 70 on Wednesday? Nice.

Made calls, three of them, so the week is mostly booked as usual. Selling my refurb system tomorrow, yay. Then internet trouble tuesday and setting up another system Wednesday. It's new system week, I guess.

Wonder what I'll work on at work… huh.

Mon:
Wonder no more, for I shall tell you.

It was meetings and the logging test cases. I first expanded them, feeling they were not quite complete enough. I then ran them. Seems simple enough.

Looked at expanding the plot for the next universe, wrote a few things down.

Went to deliver the new system. They weren't there. Waited until 4:45, didn't show. Came home. No calls, huh, thanks a bunch.

Checked my pages, ate dinner. Ordered a fence to make an area for composting. Ordered a mother's day gift. Called the lady about the system, no answer. Great.

Did a few more monsters for Sean.

Tues:
Warm again, both in the lab and out of it. Nice.

Finished up the logging stuff and moved right along to scan to sharepoint. *excited growl*

No wait, it's horrible. But it hasn't been done in like two weeks so better check it!

Totally, totally resisted the urge to finish chapter 1 and move on to chapter 2. Totally nailed it.

Left work and went to work 2. It was a Win10 laptop that, when you clicked on the wireless icon, didn't show any wireless networks. So thanks for that, MS! Naturally not the first person to have the issue, the internet held the answer. I did a bunch of stuff, and solved it. Tried to move his crappy DSL connection but apparently it has a separate line? Uh, what? See, he has this huge house (why?) and the DSL is at the very far end of it… where no one is. Great! That's forward thinking right there. So moving it accomplished nothing but two red lights and having to move it back. Super.

On the way home picked up some speakers, so I moved my speakers around a little. I'll have to test the others. I won't replace mine with theirs, I have these huge speakers that, uh, serve as shelves for a bunch of stuff. Like a printer, and a clock, and my croakter / Elizabeth shrine. Stuff like that. So I'm not sure what I'll do with them. Maybe put them in my room with that PC I never use. But I will someday. Yeah! More Skyrim/Fallout 4.

Any day now.

Made my calls. Apparently referb lady was actually in the grip of a medical emergency. Well, that's the only excuse I'll accept so you're in the clear, lady! I go there Thursday.

Got ready for tomorrow, the usual stuff. Watered the lawn.

Now that I think about it, there are some huge speakers I'd love to get rid of in my room and these would be perfect. Huh. Gonna go check that out.

Wed:
Was quite warm in the lab today, quite warm indeed. I was fine with it, though it didn't do my awake and alert self any favors. Could have just gone for a nice little nap.

Anyway, finished up sharepoint service and went to look at AT&T on another model of printer at Mitch's request. Found a minor bug too, must have overlooked it. How did I do that?

Then it was back to the new tablet version and going over my resolved bugs. I did so.

Totally resisted the urge to finish chapter 2.

Drove more than a half hour to set up the crappy PC for a guy. Moved his stuff over, and it turned out he had stolen quickbooks from his wife's place of business, and now couldn't reinstall it. Nice job, loser. Next time don't hang your business off a piece of pirated software? You are a pirate!

Drove half an hour back, got to work on the subwoofer. The other speakers worked out great, but alas, the sub is not powered and so produces not a whisper when activated. Sadface.

Remember some years ago the lady with the ten of thousands or so of pictures? She's baaaaaaack. My goodness I hate that woman. Anyway, nothing for now, she's going away for the weekend. Maybe. She doesn't know yet.

And another old timer, the accountant guy on Titus, he's working out of his house now I guess. Man must be near 100, he was like 98 and that was years ago, right? Anyway, says his machine is slow, yeah it's a PC. Upgrade to an SSD and you'll be set.
He gets Saturday morning.

Thurs:
Actually have time to post this today. How did that happen?

Moved on to scan to USB and basically finished it. Had the two meetings, as usual for the day, and completely resisted the temptation to finish chapter 3.

Went over to set up the new PC for the lady, and did so. No problems there, she went from this gigantic tower to a box that sits under her monitor. Easy.

Back here I ate dinner, checked sites, and made a few calls. One question from artist guy about the scale command, and one question about the old HD I left behind at the place I was earlier.

Got ready for tomorrow, no parents because shops.

I will go to the bank and do the shopping.

Probably no Sean this week, might have my parents over instead. It's looking that way.

Then just the one for Saturday at the moment.

And that's the week. 4 more weeks of standard invisaligns, dentist on the 30th, it's warming up, and don't forget mother's day is soon.
