Just one job today, at the last second I realized I didn't actually have a router, I was letting the durable medical guys borrow it! HA! So I had to call him and tell him I'd be a bit late. No problems there. 

 

Then went over and gave the church the power supply. Again, no problems there.

 

The rest of the time I worked on the Paragon Database, which really started to annoy me. Honestly, the promise of this thing is really nice, but it's just so buggy. Livecode I mean. Likes to hang for no reason, that's always fun. Built it as a Mac/PC app to see how it was going to look, and stuff just went bonkers. Pictures not showing up. Then my nice little tables for the backgrounds and weakness wouldn't work. Finally got that stuff straightened out. Then realized the menus were all messed up, and every time I went from the first card to the second, I would lose the menu and the actual window size would change. AARG. Took me like two hours to actually realize it WAS the menus that were doing it. Can't this be done better? I mean, really? So I've been reading up on that and how other people have worked around the bizarre behavior livecode displays. Possibly to put into practice tomorrow. I have three places to go, down the street from Mom's, then down Bay road, then way back to the medical place to get my router back and set up their new one.
