So I stayed home and worked on a system here, instead. I also drew a comic, the last drawn comic of series five! So it'll end exactly in the new year. Then we move on to series six which is the rescue of Silverstreak, which should be pretty short. Then the epilog and we're done. Wow, can you believe I started that comic in 2002? So after that I went to my other three for the day. The first was the hotel, that ancient Win2K machine was BSOD. My good friend "inaccessible boot device" which we later know as "unmountable boot volume". So a quick chkdsk fixed it. Back home. Then my 1:30 which was so totally virused I just looked at it and said, no, reloading this machine. Which I preceded to do. Then my 3:30 was running a 2005 version of McAfee, great job. So basically I clean out, though I came over thinking it was something totally different because she didn't articulate what she had been doing. So whatever. So all in all a pretty boring day. I did get all the shading done of the six comics I had colored, so I just need to put in the text, finish the last drawn one, and I can relax until the end of December. Comic wise, anyway. Four calls tonight. I basically have the rest of the week booked solid now. Like brick wall solid. Two weeks from today is Eve! Squeaker hasn't managed to destroy the new tree so I think I'm safe there. But I look at this string of LED lights tossed on my living room floor that had the plug melted and think it's a shame to throw out all those pretty LEDs. Wonder what I could do with them? Rewire the plug? But where do I get a fused plug like that? hummmmm..... Current Regret: Letting Santa over to bring that tree. He picked my pocket!
