Another day with twelve calls. Right before a holiday. There goes taking Friday/Saturday off. But first things first. So I got a reply from the person I think is fake, if you'll recall last night I wrote basically "I don't believe you're real, prove it." Well, "her" reply began with "nice : ) theres not too much to say about me. I can be a pretty big dork, but I make being dorky sexy if that makes any sense lol." Uh, okay? If this is a scammer it's a pretty dumb one. They not only didn't even try, it makes no sense. It makes sense sorta if I had said anything about myself, "nice" but I didn't. Try a little harder will you? And here's another funny one from an ad "it seems like everytime i meet a guy they sweet talk me and then try getting the thing they want the most and then when they realize im smarter than that they leave. every relationship ive been in i give" Here's a tip, any sentence where you are claiming to be "smarter" should be checked for correct english. It's called a shift key, learn to use it. So shopping as usual today, then all the way out to the boonies, good thing I had scheduled a bit of time to be there. 35 minutes away. Ugh. Ate in the car on the way over, just made it. Took crappy norton off, cleaned up two machine, the second one was pretty much fine anyway, it only needed to be checked out. Then off to much closer to home. Some weird AOL 9.5 error about "not enough memory or disk space." When I looked it up, seems even brand new machines with 4GB of RAM are giving the error with 9.5. Great. He was already familiar with Firefox, I showed him how to get his AOL mail through that and weaned another soul off the crappy AOL program. Hey, did you hear AOL is going to cut their staff by a third? I feel bad for the people cut, but there's a company that can't die fast enough in my opinion. Good riddance. Had a slight misadventure getting home, GPS to the rescue. Had 45 minutes before I had to leave again. Answered some email, checked my sites, etc. It was just to hook up RR, she just didn't want to do it. Was also running both the new M.S.E. and Norton, making her machine feel like it was crawling through mud. I once again got to feel the joy of zapping Norton. The job does have some perks. Then back home to eat dinner. And find my TWELVE PHONE CALLS. One was to cancel for tomorrow, great, it filled in again. So I have five, yes FIVE for the next two days and two for friday. And it's only Monday. And now I must go play Left4Dead2, and I pity the fool who use numerical operator as boolean evaluator!
